Pearson Pricing is a team of pricing professionals, experienced in delivering pricing change both as consultants and as pricing practitioners. 

Located across Europe, the team naturally brings the pricing and problem-solving toolkit, as well as local market knowledge, that is a pre-requisite for good pricing consultancy. 

Equally important, the team brings a track record of delivering sustainable pricing change and capabilities development.  We focus on defining good pricing tools, implementing solutions, and building ongoing expertise to equip and empower our clients to make decisions confidently about future pricing moves.

We observe that the implementation of a proposed pricing solution represents the biggest risk in pricing consulting.  The Pearson Pricing team is passionate in its belief that successful pricing transformation projects cover not only the definition of the best pricing solutions, but also includes integration across the business’ strategy, processes, systems, and organisation.

Our mission is to help our clients be more successful through better pricing.  This is core to our approach and defines the nature of each engagement leading to highly collaborative, flexible, and often long- term relationships.

A passion for pricing combined with his strategic view and hands-on approach has contributed to delivering business value to a range of large enterprises across several industry sectors, amongst them industrial manufacturing, software, distribution and retail.

    Successful companies understand that effective sustainable pricing are built on technology, processes and people, something that Ulf with his holistic general management perspective has contributed to many times over.

    Jessica is a strategic consultant and expert in Pricing and Revenue Management managing pricing transformation projects worldwide. Her experience includes industries such as manufacturing, automotive, travel, healthcare and retail.

    She has worked with organisations to drive up their pricing maturity level, implementing systems and tools, executing data excellence, restructuring pricing capabilities and processes, designing successful organisations as well as being a project and change management enabler.

    She partners with clients to build and implement roadmaps augmented with technology to generate sustainable growth with improved short-term profitability while ensuring the integrity of their pricing policies.

    She obtained a MSc in Marketing of Services from the Business Institute of Tours and an Executive MBA from Warwick University. She is bi-lingual in English and French with a working knowledge of the UK, Germany and France.

    Prior to joining Pearson Pricing, he spent over 11 years in consulting working cross 30+ countries in different sectors and 7 years as global pricing lead at Dover Corporation and Xylem Inc. in Switzerland.
